What is Worship-Grow-Serve?
Up: We praise and honor God through Jesus Christ
(Phl 2:9-11; Rev 19:10; Ps 66:1-4)
In: We gather with our church family to worship God.
(Heb 10:23-25; Eph 2:11-22)
Out: We seek to extend God’s worship among all peoples for His glory.
(Hab 2:14; Rom 15:8-13)
Up: We seek to be made more like Christ by better understanding, applying, and reproducing His word, according to His gospel.
(Rom 8:28-30; Eph. 4:11-16; 2Pet 3:14-18; Eph 1:15-23)
In: We gather with our church family for gospel growth.
(Eph. 4:11-16; Heb. 10:24; Hebrews 3:12-13)
Out: We display, proclaim, and reproduce the gospel among all peoples for His glory.
(Mark 3:13-14; 2Tim 2:2; 1Th 3:8; John 20:21)
Up: We do all things for the glory of God, according to His gospel.
(1 Cor 10:31; Col 3:17; Eph. 4:32)
In: We serve our church family, primarily toward their worship and growth.
(Galatians 5:13; 1 Peter 4:10)
Out: We serve God among all peoples for His glory.
(Gal 6:10; Matt 28:19-20)
So how does this work out in Church Life?
- Sunday AM Worship
- Nursery (Age 0-1)
- Preschool (Age 2-3)
- Kids (Age 4 - 2nd Grade)
Everyone should get to attend Worship at least 3 times per month.
- Sunday (9:00 AM — All Ages)
- Wednesday (6:30 PM — All Ages)
Everyone should get to be part of at least 1 weekly Grow Class with teaching intended for him or her to grow.
We regularly, yet sustainably serve our church family.
Primary Serves: That our brothers and sisters in Christ get to Worship and Grow (as listed above).

Different Grow classes are available, but there are classes available for everyone at each time!

Next Steps

We're convinced that worship and growth empower and train us to for service. So we encourage our new members to wait 3 months before taking a serving role in Worship, and 6 months before serving in a Grow Class. Take that time to build a habit of regularly attending our weekly worship service, and finding the right Grow Class for you.
